Can't remember the last time I read for 3 hours straight
Possibly because my brain couldn't comprehend the stress
The more time passes the littler I know
I wish time stops so I can catch up
To the little facts I should know
To the bigger questions I should ask
I don't feel smart anymore
Don't even care about the pressure no more
I've forgotten how to study and it kills me
So many things are floating around my orbit
My body yearns for the bad and sketchy
I need to sit back and up
I need to look past and through
I need to sleep, read and read again
I have to make a difference
To become the best version of myself
I need to be ready for the unknown
The dark future that awaits me
The journey is long and trouble is near
But with a little belief and self love
I can push through and go beyond
