My Tough Mudder Memoire 2013

This was a new one for me. It was called the Glory Blades. It's an eight foot wall that was angled towards us. So this put the height at about 6.5 feet, which doesn't sound all that bad, but it meant that you had to use ONLY upper body strength and a jump up to the edge to get over it. You COULD help each other over the obstacle, but at this point of the course, we were all capable of hauling ourselves up and over it. I rather enjoyed this obstacle because getting up and over it was easier than expected and then I had the fun of sliding down the other side. I went over the edge, turned my feet onto the panel and slid down into a crouch, immediately getting up and out of the way.

Then a second, identical wall followed, clamored over in the EXACT same method and onwards we went.
