SaiRat FF Dangerous Game

Hii, sorry for delays. Was busy in office and home. Have written a lot but was not getting time to post it. So I will try to give more than one updates today. Here is the first installment.

Part 33

Present time

A week has been passed since Pakhi 's death. Virat and Jagtap had postponed their plan to attack on Ismail's gambling joints and hideouts knowing that Pakhi must have passed this information too to the police. They decided to lie low for the time being.

Sai was also on alert now. She had debugged Virat's room and destroyed all other things like microphones as she didn't want to take any chance now. She had a doubt that even though Virat believed her but Pakhi 's allegations must have created a doubt somewhere in his mind. If not in his mind then surely in Jagtap's mind. Virat had not allowed her to step outside after that not even with Jagtap. So for some time she too wanted to play it safe and behaving as normal as possible with Virat.

After all the communication devices gone and Sai being under house arrest, Satya had no access to any information. Satya was ready for the casualties in this mission but Pakhi 's death had shook him. She was one of the important players of this game. Now he didn't want to take any chance with Sai's life. Now with his so called plan B already gone, Sai was very crucial for this mission. So even though now Satya knew Sai's location he abstained from making any contact with her for few days. He thought of placing an officer in disguise around Virat's mansion than decided against it as he knew Virat also will be on high alert, any wrong move from his side may cause suspicion on Sai also. Hence since few days now their mission had came to standstill with absolutely no contact with Sai.

Jagtap, on the other hand, was still not convinced about non involvement of Sai with police. According to him, Virat has brushed off the topic too easily but he cant blame him, when it comes to Sai he thinks from his heart. But Jagtap had to think from brain too when it comes to their business. The allegations Pakhi put on Sai had shocked him. No matter how much friendship was there between him and Sai but he just cant trust her blindly after Pakhi fiasco.

Jagtap tried so many times to make Virat understand that he too should not trust blindly on Sai now but Virat was adamant on his belief on Sai. Jagtap was frustrated now how to make him see logic in this whole situation. There was another round of arguments going on between them regarding this when Sai was just passing by their room. The moment she heard her name, she became alert and thought to listen to their conversation.

"Virat, I am telling you. We should inquire about her whereabouts while she was missing from our lives all these years. Ho sakta hai wo police se mil gayi ho." Jagtap told him the most logical argument he could think of about Sai.

"Jaggu, tera dimaag kharab ho gaya hai. Sai par shak karna matlab...matlab khud apne aap par shak karne jaisa hai. Main manta hoon usne itne saal marne ka natak kiya, meri life se durr ho gayi lekin iska matlab ye to nahi ki wo mere khilaaf ho gayi hai. Tu toh janta hai usko mere kaam se kitni problem thi aur phir...us hadse ke baad...main samajh sakta hoon uska gussa. Wo bas mujhse durr jana chahti thi isliye usne aisa kiya hoga. Wo police se kabhi nahi mil sakti. Wo janti hai mujhe police se kitni nafrat hai, aisa Sai kabhi nahi karegi." Virat tried to explain his pov.

"Viru, ye bhi to ho sakta hai ki wo hamare kisi dushman se mil gayi ho. I mean shayad uski koi majburi ho...kisi ne emotional blackmail kiya ho...I don't know but...mujhe toh shak ho raha hai." Jagtap disagreed.

Sai, who was listening to all this was now becoming nervous by the second. She thought they will forget all this after few days but looks like the suspicion was still in their minds.

"Jaggu, tu bekar mein hi jyada soch raha hai." Virat said to close the topic.

Jagtap argued. "Aur tu soch hi nahi raha hai. You are behaving like a child who closes his eyes when confronted by danger and thinks now that he had closed his eyes the danger would vanish into the thin air."

Virat tried to dismiss the topic and turned to go but Jagtap held his hand. "Main bhi tera koi dushman nahi hoon Viru jo tujhe jaanbhujkar Sai ke khilaaf bhadkaunga. Main janta hoon tune yaha tak pahuchne mein kitni mehnat ki hai aur main ye kisi ko barbaad nahi karne dunga, Sai ko bhi nahi."

Virat stopped after listening to his concerning tone. When Jagtap saw he had Virat's attention, he started again. "Dekh Viru, zara dhyan se soch, all the events of recent past, tujhe nahi lagta bahut sare coincident hue hai isme?"

"Like what?" Virat questioned.

"Like you found Sai on the exact moment when we were planning big attack on home minister Thorat. Then at first her drama of being someone else. She hated you so much but then suddenly she started accepting you, remembering our old times together. Phir sabse bada hint, Pakhi ka uspar ilzaam lagana. Bhulo mat wo sab gadgets Sai ke purane room se mile the. Ye sab sirf ittefaq toh nahi ho sakta na?"

Now Virat was quiet as he didn't know have the clear answer to all Jagtap's logical questions. Sai noticed this and panicked.

"No, if Virat too started to doubt my intentions then I will have to say goodbye to this mission and probably to my life too. He will kill me." Sai concluded in her thoughts.

Before Jagtap could put any more doubts and confusion in Virat's mind, Sai intervened. "Arre, tum dono ab tak yaha ho? Chalo na, dinner ka time ho gaya. Aaj maine apne haatho se sab kuch Virat ka favorite banaya hai."

Virat came out of thoughts and Jagtap cursed the moment of intervention, he was just about to put some sense in Virat's mind about Sai but she ruined it.

"Chalo na Virat. Aise dekh kya rahe ho?" Sai said with smile, holding his hand.

And Virat smiled back at her, forgetting everything. "My jaan, such an innocent and pure soul, how can she even think about plotting against me like this...no, Jaggu, you are wrong. Sai ko mujhse behtar aur koi jaan hi nahi sakta aur mujhe pura yakeen hai ispar." Virat declared and went with Sai.

They had their dinner silently as there was palpable tension on the dining table. Sai was nervous all throughout the dinner and Jagtap was just staring at her with eyes full of doubts.

After dinner, Jagtap again tried to talk to Virat but he dismissed him saying he is not in the mood to talk about it right now. Sai was thinking fast, she had to do something so that Virat would never even think about doubting her again. She raked her brains and concluded that she have to earn his complete trust. The only way, she thought, would bring her that was to close the distance between them, surrender completely, make him believe that she really wants to start a new chapter in their life, forgetting the past.

After sometime, Virat came in the room only to be surprised by her. "Whoa! Someone is in a very good mood tonight." Virat commented as he checked her out from top to bottom.

Sai was wearing that sexy lingerie she had to buy from the mall. She had gone to mall to bring him surprise gift to mark the new beginning in their life. So she thought it will be perfect excuse to come close to him and end the all the chances of having even slightest of suspicion. She knew what she is signing up for, it might look so easy but only her heart knew how difficult it will be. Closing all the distance between them stir up old emotions, may again give her false hope of being with him once again and ultimately will result into a heart ache like never before at the end. But she had to do this, for her revenge, for her closure...whatever is it, she was not even sure what is it? Why she chose to come for this mission, what she is going to gain by this? Like Virat used to say that there is only one way into the crime world, similarly, she feels for her mission now. There is no way to back out now. She must go through it.

"Hey! Where are you lost, jaan?" Virat's words made her come out of her thoughts.

"Nothing, I was just thinking that why I wasted so much time in running away from you, fighting from you? Why I didn't come back to you earlier?" Sai said coming close to him.

Virat was pleasantly surprised. He was waiting for this moment ever since she has come back in his life. "May be I know the reason. You were devastated when you lost our baby. I think you wanted someone to blame for it and you chose me. I understand your pain. Probably that's why you took so much of time, you needed healing from it. It was nobody's fault, jaan."

Under all this pretense, Sai was touched by his words. These are the moments when she doubts her intelligence, her decision making to be a part of this mission. "How can you love me so much? How can you be so forgiving? Sometimes, I feel I am not worth it." She whispered while hugging him, a tear drop was threatening to fall from her eye.

"Jab se tumhe dekha bas pyar kiya hai. Tumhare sath aur kya karna hai mujhe aata hi nahi. Mere liye tumhara sath aur tumhara pyar hi kaafi hai bas. Lekin main janta hoon tumhare liye sirf pyar kaafi nahi hai, tumhare bahut se sapne hain jinhe tum pura karna chahti thi mere sath lekin ye ho nahi paaya. Par tum fikar mat karo, ab hum phir se sath hai na, hum tumhare saare sapne pure karenge." Virat said and kissed her eyes, sucking her tears.

"I know, that why I have decided to leave everything behind. Aaj se sabkuch bhul kar hum phir se ek nayi shuruaat karte hain. Aaj ki shaam, hamare pyar ke naam." Sai said as she held his hand and lead him to bed.

Virat kissed her poruing out all his love on her. He then picked her up and placed her gently on the bed. He joined her on the bed and continued showering kisses all over her body. Sai looked at him getting emotional as the more intimate she was being with him, the more difficult it was becoming for her to remember that this is all just for her mission, her bigger purpose. His touches and kisses were like pulling her into the dream world, a world where she lived in with him until she lost her baby. As Virat finally got rid of their clothes and was about to claim her, he cupped her face and once again kissed her passionately, she lost the battle forgetting the difference between all rights and wrong of the world and just let her heart guide through it.

"I love you, jaan." He whispered before making her his all over again and she just held him more tightly, feeling loved, again.

She decided to let go of the cruel reality for the moment. She will deal with it later, for now, her only reality was the love of her life, her Virat.

After a while they both were still lying in each others' arms. Virat was caressing her hair till she felt asleep. Virat couldn't thanks his stars enough to have her back in his life like old times. He remembered Jagtap's words about something fishy behind Sai's attempts to come close to him. He laughed at the thought.

"Jagtap is a fool. He claims to know you well but he is only your friend and I know I am your everything. I know your heart, heart which belongs to me. It can never think anything to hurt me." Virat thought and was lost in the old memories of them together.
