Harry tried his damnest not to hex the ever-loving-fuck out of the bastards in the high chairs. This was too much like the muggleborn trials that he had witnessed as Runcorn, way back when.
"What is this! Aurors! Seize...."
"Don't you dare finish that order, Minister! You've done your best to keep me from here, and I won't let you silence me any longer!" Harry growled, power flowing through him.
There were four Aurors in the room and more surely in the hallways, but Harry had brought back up as well. Bill, George, Seamus, Dean, Zabini, and Luna came into the spectator section. It did not go unnoticed by the Aurors. They stopped and looked at each other, deciding if they wanted to try them.
Robards yelled, "Mr. Potter isn't medically cleared. He's delusional, and his mind is...."
"You say another word about my mental capabilities and I will sue you into the ground," Harry said, avoiding pointing his wand at the man. "Madam Patil is the mother of my good friends from school and would be most excited to hear slander in an open court."
"You can't threaten me!"
"You can't make wild speculations as to my medical condition, especially as you have no proof of anything."
"Your mind healer declared you..." Robards started, but was grabbed by his undersecretary.
"Want to finish that defaming comment? And how would you know what my mind healer said? I thought that medical files were privileged?"
The Minister of Magic glared but comported himself. "Members of the Court. I believe that this young man is not well. He was just captured and held for nine months. We have no idea what his mental condition is! He needs to return to the hospital!"
Harry growled, "You have no right to commit me! I just defeated Voldemort. I fought for my life to save everyone from that mad man. And now you want to lock me up? Do I look crazy or unhinged?"
Harry lowered his wand and stashed it in his robes. Members of the Court were looking at Harry with some amount of hero worship. They spent the last nine months glorifying him.
The Minister wasn't paying attention that PO was turning against him. "We have no idea what Draco Malfoy or the Dark Lord did to you...."
"You are right about that! You have no idea!" he snapped. "And yet you rushed this trial as fast as possible and refused to let me tell you what happened? You could have waited if you had doubts! Not try to sweep it under the rug while I was supposedly "incapacitated"."
"We wanted justice! This Death Eater deserves death for what he did to you!"
Harry pulled out his wand and released the restraints holding Draco to the chair. Draco tightened up and brought his hands into his chest. Harry rubbed his back.
"Hey!" the Minister cried.
"Shut up, blockhead," he turned to glance around the Court. "My pardons to the Court for my sudden arrival or harsh words. That jerk ordered St. Mungo's to restrain me, potion me and not let me leave."
"That is simply...."
"Quiet! I'm speaking! I would have come sooner, but we had to escape from the Aurors. There were repeated attempts to contact the Minister or the arbitor for this case, but they ignored me and refused to take my statement."
"You are compromised! You could be Confunded! That Death Eater has spent nine months torturing and raping you! He doesn't even deny it! Your mind is twisted and confused! You need to go to the hospital! Aurors!"
