Sarah declines the offer, stating that her efforts of communicating with him weren't for her to join his group. Sarah also extended one message before Jaron went his own way. Sarah said, " Also, just for pleasantries, I'll tell you one more information. Your newly added friends will bring you trouble in your journey because they're one of the royal descendants, and there's going to be a tournament that'll result in nothing but a blood bath." Itachi shook and worried, grabbed Sarah's arm, asked her to tell the whole truth of the upcoming events because it involved his friends. Sarah felt hurt because of Itachi's grip , voiced her  feelings, and asked Itachi to let go of her. Sarah furious said, " Don't feel entitled to an information you wouldn't have known about if it was for me." Sarah opened her door, implying that Itachi overstayed his welcome. 
Itachi went out without a fight or a struggle. Immediately after Itachi went away, a dark form materialized in the place he sat. Zafar appeared and said, " Hey, my dear puppet, don't act like I didn't see what you were trying to do." Zafar took his hand and strangled Sarah,with a cold, menacing stare he looked straight at Sarah's eyes and stated," I made you, if I didn't find you two years ago, you would be nothing, so just be grateful of being in the presence of the ruler of the universe. " Zafar threw Sarah like she's nothing and warned her that if she did something that wasn't his orders again, she would die. Itachi went back in a hurry to warn his friends about the warning he got from Sarah.  When Itachi arrived at the celebration, the place was surrounded by elf warriors. Itachi had to tread carefully because one mistake could put him in a dangerous situation.  Itachi went to a high vantage point.  As itachi arrived, he saw that everyone was held at sword point. Little did he know that was a target of an archer due to his focus being focused on his friends. It took one arrow to send him plummeting down and to the feet of an unexpected old friend. 
Itachi looked up and saw Julia all grown up. He noticed a calm and dangerous aura surrounding her. Even though he sensed malice and an air of danger, it didn't matter at that moment because all he could do was admire how she grew up so beautiful. Julia didn't even spare one glance at her former friend, but all she could do was to  echo two words" capture them." The group was put in a cage and taken to the capital.
The groups cage was dragged  by a horse. Itachi tried to call out to Julia multiple times but got beaten up instead by the guards for making too much noise .  The old sage annoyed taunted Itachi by saying, " You're first meeting in a long time, and she put you in a cage. I hate to break it to you, but she isn't interested. " Itachi, not interested in the old man nonsense, was just focused on Julia, his old friend. He wanted to do everything in his power to catch her attention. The twins Ilgrin and Michael noticed a spy  planted by their rebel group ,tenebris was among the soldiers of  Julia .  Ilgrin tried to get her attention by doing hand gestures they were shown in Tenebris, but due to his tied up hands, he couldn't do anything of value to bail out the team. Michael wondered as powerful the old sage and Itachi are how come they can't break free of simple restraints. The old sage replied by saying, " we normally would, but lover boy wants talk to his crush, so we'll probably do well later." Michael chimes in , " We might not even reach our intended placement because we could be killed based on their whim." Ilgrin gives close to the Oldman and whispers something, The old sage eyes grow wide in recognition.  The old sage notices the chains that bind them restricts ki and mana . The old sage knows if he tries to break free right now, the guards will be on alert, and that might damage the chance of Itachi talking to his friend.  The old sage started chanting something the guards were confused by what he's trying to do. They weren't on alert because they knew that the chains are made of very special material that restrict the output of life energy I'm any form.
The chanting  continued for hours, the constant chanting drawn in a heard of monsters. The guards were  busy fighting the hoard of monsters and didn't pay attention to them. The Oldman used his hand and broke free from the chain and used one of his abilities to instantly appear at the spy by reciting the words that Ilgrin whispered wich were "in every darkness there's a light that's where you'll find Tenebris." The old sage disappeared back to the cage in which  he was at. The spy guard went to the cage in which Ilgrin and Michael pulled her over and told her about their current predicament 
After being on the road for a while, the group of elven knights  were stopped 
By a group of vampires with Tenebris logo.  The leader of those accompanying vampires was Lucrient. Lucrient had a bandana ,small hair, a scar along his mouth.  Lucrient drawed his blade and openly announced that he wanted his revenge from Julia.  Lucrient said, " Your  past victory over me was a fluke little girl at which I'm impressed since it took 1001 guys ganging up on me for the win." Lucrient looked to the side and saw Ilgrin and Michael.  Lucrient smiled and said, " Brats, mommy is no longer with you for one  minute, and you're caught. Who's the old geyser with you?."
Ilgrin and Michael looked annoyed and voiced out that it would've been better to be rescued by someone else.  
Itachi asked the twins about the origin of the man in front of them . The twins explained the power system of Tenebris. 
" The Patriarch is, of course, our Lady Archane Valois , but under her, there are 6 platoon leaders.  Those leaders control about 1000 plus warriors collected from other cities and most vampires . The 6 leaders are selected for their character and strength.  They do have a power ranking for all of them. 
•The first ranked - he is calculated, meticulous, sometimes evil, deceitful but loyal.
• second ranked - she's beautiful as she's righteous , she doesn't take likely to those who break rules, and she's the kindest from the rest , her squad is made of women. 
• Third rank- she's sadistic. She's our own doctor, and she can open you up and butcher you up
• fourth rank -  he's a former prince of the human kingdom,he's silent, ambitious, sometimes forgetful, but is powerful 
• fifth rank- Lucrient, battle maniac, he lives for battle, likes to challenge the princes strongholds , once fought Thalion. 
• sixth rank - ?????
Itachi asked why he didn't mention the sixth rank or go further with the description.  The twins says " By the time we joined, he was already missing and we haven't seen him. Rumors are he went to a ruin and never came back." Itachi asked." Do you think lucrient would hurt Julia?" The twins nodded their heads, voicing how he didn't become a platoon leader for fun.  Itachi asked one final question, " If I defend Julia, would you stop me?" The twins stood up and pointed their blades at him saying," Sorry but family first."
