The sun hung low in the sky, casting long shadows on the ground. The boys, divided in two groups, stood against each other. Their eyes locked on each other, tension crackling in the air. 
Adarsh lunged at one of them, making the first move. The rest joined him and it soon turned into a chaotic fight. Adarsh looked around and saw his friends get beaten up, mercilessly. He realised that their opponents had overpowered them. He felt helpless but continued to throw fists at them. 
A smoke grenade landed near Yuvaan. He quickly dodged it. He looked around and saw Saanvi. She signalled him to 'run'. He signalled the rest and they all gathered near Saanvi. 
Yuvaan(breathless): What are you doing here? It's dangerous out here!
Saanvi: We're here to save you!
Ayush: We?
Aadya and Manya came out of their hiding spots. 
Saanvi: We brought smoke grenades along with us. 
Yuvaan(half-shouted): Where did you get it from? And how do you know we are here?
Manya: She forced us to follow you guys. 
Saanvi(bickered): I thought something was up. So, we followed you. You should thank us, but instead, you're scolding me instead. 
Ishaan: It's not the right time to fight. Hand me the smoke grenades. 
Aadya handed over the smoke grenades to the boys. 
Adarsh: Yuvaan, hide them in a safe spot. We'll go back and fight. Don't come out unless we tell you to.

Aditya and Misha reached the place. He rushed inside, ensuring Misha was just behind him. He spotted Manya and Aadya. 
Aditya: Go! Hide with them!
Misha nodded.

Adarsh(angrily): Why did you bring her here?
Aditya: She wanted to come. I couldn't stop her. 
Adarsh(glared at Aditya): What if she gets into trouble? 
Aditya(glared back): I brought her here. She's my RESPONSIBILITY!!!
A strong punch came towards Aditya which he successfully dodged. Adarsh blocked a punch for Aditya but stumbled and fell off. Aditya was about to help Adarsh up when they heard a scream. They both froze on the spot. A boy held Manya by her shoulders. 
Boy(grinned): Look! Who's hiding?! 
The rest of the boys spotted the girls and brought them out of their hiding spots. 
Ayush: Crap!
Ishaan: Damn!
Maahi: We're done for!
Yuvaan: We shouldn't have let them stay here. 
Adarsh tried to lunge forward but Aditya held him back.
Adarsh(impatiently): What are you doing?
Aditya: You'll get them in trouble. Calm down! 
Adarsh(shouted): What the hell is wrong with you?!! Do you have a plan? There's no time to think. 
Maahi(nervously): I don't think we'll make it out alive.
The boy grunted. Aanya had thrown a punch at him. 
Aanya: Use your brain, not just your strength. *(looked at Adarsh)* You guys carry on. I've got him. 
She continuously threw punches at the boy and dodged his attack at the same time. Before the boy knew, he was down on the floor bleeding badly. Adarsh and Aditya looked at her impressively.

Ayush: I didn't know she could fight. 
Ishaan: She is 'my type'. 
Adarsh gave him a death glare.
Adarsh: Let's get back to work!
The girls joined alongside Aanya.

Aadya and Manya stamped on a boy who was lying on the ground.

Misha(shuffled): Don't touch me! Leave me!

He tried to forcefully kiss her. Misha was on the verge of crying. Aditya held him by his collar and pushed him away from Misha. He made her look at him. 
Aditya(softly): Misha, look at me. 
Misha(stammered): I'm...fine...Aditya! 
He noticed the crack in her voice and pulled her into his arms. Misha burst into tears. 
Misha(sobbed): Why me? 
He pulled his hands tighter around her waist and placed his chin on her head. She encircled her hands around his neck and snuggled up to his neck.
