So, after Draco fails to kill Dumbledore and Snape does it, Voldemort doesn't let him off. He brands him again... COWARD across his chest and WHORE across his back. He declares that since Draco isn't man enough to kill, he can service the Death Eater cause on his back like the other woman. Snape brews a Male pregnancy potion and Draco has a son right before Harry Potter shows up at his house.
Potter escapes with a little help from Draco. At the Battle, Harry loses the wand he stole from Bellatrix and Draco offers up his wand to defeat Voldemort. Draco returns and fetches his son, and flees into the muggle world.
5 years pass before Harry tracks Draco down, arresting him. The truth comes out to what Draco endured, but the Wizengamot still send Draco to Azkaban for 5-10 years. Harry takes in the cinnamon roll Scorpius Malfoy who loves his new brother Teddy, born a month after him. Harry works to free Draco, who eventually returns home to live with Harry.
