-- "I don't want to put what they did to me in words," he said, words barely passing through his lips. She leaned forward, her elbows on her knees and said, "You can't heal if you keep everything inside."
-- "What? Is your gay-dar better than mine?"
-- He dropped his robes onto the brick. The swift flow of air was brutally cold, vicious whipping through him, chilling him to the bone immediately. But he wanted to see it. His mark. The accursed brand that separated him from everyone else, the good side. He ran his thumb across it, one last time. Tears fell down his eyes and he took a step up.
-- Draco clutched Blaise's robes as though desperate in the knowledge that he might forget it, again, if he didn't get it off his chest.
-- Blaise's hands were trembling. Fear was an emotion he was not used to. "Theo, just be ready. I don't know what's going to happen." Theo gave a nod and pulled out his wand, ready to hex anyone. He probably should have told him more, but asking Theo to accompany him and, essentially, to help protect him was the most he was willing to do.
-- "I'm tired of listening to you yap. Have you met Scabior?"
-- "Thanks for coming with me," Harry said when they apparated to a concealed spot in some trees. "No problem. I wanted to come," Draco said, as they started walking. Harry obviously knew where he was going and led him through the trees to a street. "This isn't going to be very pleasant, but I have to do it." Draco only nodded. He was nervous, too, this was the first time he'd be meeting them. Harry guided him past the several small square, box houses, fences and various cars, before stopping in front of a house with number 4 displayed on the front.
-- A square box was on the table in front of him, spattered in blood. The name on top sprawled out in a deep red, Draco Malfoy. It was for him. Only for him. He didn't have to guess what was inside. It was the end. The one-way trip.
