The Explanation

Eventually, Draco's eyes opened, and he looked up at Harry, so vulnerable that Harry's heart broke a little. He gently wiped his face with another warm, damp cloth he conjured. Draco didn't usually crack so much.

"I'm sorry. I'll definitely be talking to George about bringing up your trauma around you... especially in the workplace, okay?" Harry said, taking Draco's hand and touching his face with the other.

Draco gave a weak smile. "Thanks. I-I just wasn't prepared... I wasn't expecting it from him. Other people... sure. I expect hexes, insults and taunts from the others... and block it out, but he... he never was cruel. And he had just pranked me."

"And you got him back... hard...."

Draco's eyes watered. "I was so angry... and I couldn't stop myself. Everyone was laughing at someone who wasn't me for once. I didn't realize... I went too far."

Harry stroked his hair, again. "That's why we have rules and punishments... so we can get through these moments, okay? But I'm not kidding when I say that if you retaliate that cruelly, again, you won't be able to sit for a bloody week."

Draco gave a smile but grimaced, imagining the pain. Harry had punished him that hard before. Harry always insisted that the punishment fit the crime, and he always warned Draco and set expectations. The last time he broke a rule, Harry only spanked him five times. This time it was ten.

"Might not be able to sit now," Draco mumbled.

Harry raised an eyebrow and slipped back into his role a little. "Your Probation Agreement was clear on the increment increasing of punishments," he said, kissing Draco's forehead.

Draco snorted. "Yes, it wasn't clear on a great many things when I signed it."

"It was very clear," Harry said, smiling.

"Clear enough that there was a clause that said I couldn't have a copy or read it again, unless you approved it?" he huffed, annoyed.

"Yeah... you were a bit quick to sign it."

Draco blushed. "I'll never sign another thing without reading it, again."

"Good choice... as everyone reads the terms and conditions."

Draco glared up at him. "I didn't think it would have clauses like that!"

"That's the trouble then! You thought again," Harry joked, and Draco rolled his eyes as he pressed up against Harry.

"It's been two years. How long am I expected to be on probation?" he grumbled.

Harry gave him an assessing look. "It took two years for you to ask that."

Draco frowned. "What?"

"You are right. It was way too long. It wasn't meant to last this long," Harry whispered, sensing the end.

"Then why?" Draco asked, confused.

"Because... you decide when you're off probation."

Draco looked at him, confused. "What? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard!"

"You wanted this. It wasn't just to placate George. You asked for structure and instructions on how to act. Honestly, you needed it."

Draco grimaced and nodded. "I was a right bastard after the war... and I didn't want to get fired."

"And George wanted to make sure that you behaved. It wasn't perfect, but it put your salty attitude in check."

"You wouldn't let me read it after!"

"That was the main point. You'd try to finagle out of punishment or rules. You are a Slytherin, as you are wont to say."

Draco snorted. "It's hardly fair," he complained.

"It wasn't meant to be fair. Employer/employee relationships aren't fair. You needed a job, and George had no desire to give you one. You agreed with us that you had a hard time restraining yourself and lashing out... at customers, co-workers and your boss! You used to be a jerk."

"Used to be?" Draco scoffed.

"You and George have been getting along. You both just went too far this time. We made the Agreement... because you didn't like him and he didn't like you. You were hurt... and usually when you are hurt, you get angry."

Draco looked away, his anger indeed stirred. Looking back, Harry knew that losing his family's wealth, reputation, and lands had made him bitter... and scared. George had been the only one willing to give a convicted Death Eater fresh out of Azkaban, on parole, a job. Technically, George had initially refused him and had gleefully told Harry that Malfoy, of all people, had applied to work at Weasleys' Wizarding Wheezes. He even gave Harry Malfoy's application, complete with an address in Knockturn Alley.

After George went home, Harry stared at the application for hours, pondering it. Malfoy must have been desperate to apply to work for George, who hated him. Desperation was the only possible reason, Harry decided. He went to Knockturn Alley to the building listed. The place was condemned. Malfoy was clearly squatting there. Harry passed several potioned-up tramps looking for him.

Harry found him without any glamours on. He was thinner... sixth-year-level thin. He had this haunted look in his eyes... the kind you get from too much time in Azkaban. Harry had seen a similar dead look when Draco stared into his eyes at his Manor over two years ago, when he did find him.

"What do you want, Potter?" Draco had sneered, face red with embarrassment. "Come to laugh at my downfall? Want to check in and make sure I'm not violating my parole?"

Harry quickly shook his head. He was appalled at what had happened to him. "I wanted to know how you are doing."

"Get the fuck out and leave me alone," Draco sneered, tears on the brink of spilling from this humiliation. He turned to the wall with that large curse burned a hole through.

"Malfoy... would you like to come stay with me?" he just asked, not really thinking about the consequences.

He turned back and met his eyes in astonishment. "What? Are you... crazy?"

"Arguably..." Harry replied. "I wasn't happy that you got two years. After all, I did testify for you, and now you're in this... place. George said that you asked him for a job. I couldn't believe you'd try him... unless you were...."

"Desperate?" Draco finished, blushing more. "Did he tell you he laughed in my face and told me to fill out an application?"

Harry shook his head.

"When I gave it to him... he told me to get the fuck out... and that he was going to frame and put it on the wall. I guess you saw it. I knew I shouldn't have put my location on there. I'll have to move... again," Draco said, and walked over to pack a raggedy blanket and some old robes into a ruck.

"No, he didn't frame it, I swear. He just showed it to me. But hey, Malfoy... you don't have to live here... live like this. Please, just come and stay with me until you're on your feet."

Draco looked at him, tempted but still hesitant. "You're fucking with me, aren't you?"

"No. I can see you're in a difficult situation. I can help."

Malfoy stared at him, skeptically, as though waiting for the trap.

"There's a fully stocked pantry?" Harry stated.

Malfoy lowered his eyes as his stomach growled. Harry wondered when was the last time Malfoy ate.

"What do you want?" Malfoy asked carefully, keeping his eyes on the floor.

"Want?" Harry replied, confused.

"As... payment."

"I don't have any rent," Harry said.

Malfoy sighed. "What do you want me to do... for this favor?"

It finally dawned on him what Malfoy meant. Harry supposed that Slytherins rarely gave or got anything for free. The way Malfoy kept his eyes downcast made him think Malfoy meant it sexually. Merlin... he prayed that Draco hadn't been abused like that.

"There's no cost, Malfoy. I hope you'd try to be nice to me and my friends... or at least not too nasty? I won't ever demand payment, though. I swear that I never will ask you to do anything or pay anything to live with me."

Draco seemed to debate this. After a moment of fidgeting, he murmured, embarrassed, "I'd be... appreciative... if I could stay in your home."

"Sure, Malfoy... let's get you home and fed," Harry said, gesturing to the door.

An hour later, Malfoy was at his table, showered, in clean robes, and eating soup across from him. Draco had to stop a few times as his stomach was aching from eating food after too long without anything. Harry's heart ached that Malfoy had gone so long without anything. The next day, he had a private healer come and, after she signed a confidentiality contract, she saw Draco, who wasn't happy about his meddling. She prescribed him several Nutrient Potions and Restorative Draughts.

Draco hated taking them. Harry had to argue with him every day to take them, which he did, after a fuss. Harry eventually worked him up to full meals, getting Draco to tell him what he liked and buying expensive desserts, which Draco devoured every night as he jokingly bickered with him. Slowly, he gained his weight and confidence back. Harry went to work during the day, but Draco stayed home... reading, he guessed? He refused to surveil the git... at least when he wasn't there. When he was there... Harry was finding it harder not to 'surveil' him.

Merlin, Draco was drop-dead gorgeous. The git would occasionally walk around with nothing but pants or worse, a towel around his waist and bloody talk to him like that. Harry had figured out after the war that it wasn't buff girls he liked. He liked guys, and Draco was one of the sexiest men he knew. He was having trouble not staring at him whenever he came down, fresh from the shower, nothing but a towel on, for a coffee and a Danish every morning. He'd tell Potter to fix his hair and have a good day at work, and that he needed to go back upstairs to "fix" his already perfect hair. Was Malfoy messing with him?

After a month of them tip-toeing around each other, Harry was nearly at his breaking point. He couldn't break Draco's trust in him. However, he was frustrated with yet another 'argument' at dinner over the correct holding of a bloody fork, of all things, and Harry went upstairs to shower to work out his sexual frustration in the hot water. He had to keep quiet, as he didn't want to put up privacy wards, so Malfoy could guess what he was doing. However, he was surprised when suddenly Draco pulled open the shower curtain, mid-wank.

"Draco!" he spluttered, angrily, but Harry's mouth dropped when he realized that Draco was naked, too.

Draco, however, came right into the shower and dropped to his knees in the shower spray and just swallowed his dick without a word. Harry was so surprised, and he wasn't about to stop him sucking him off. When he finally came, with a shudder, Draco swallowed it. Harry turned off the water, uncertain of how to proceed. Draco stood up, uncertainly, and then kissed him. Harry dried them off magically, and they stumbled through the rooms, snogging until Harry planted him on the bed.

Malfoy centered himself on the bed on his back and spread his legs invitingly.

Harry smiled at his surrender and straddled him. He looked into his eyes below him and said, "You don't have to do this...."

"I know, Harry," Draco murmured, and reaching forward to stroke Harry's rising cock.

Harry carefully prepped him and then fucked him thoroughly. They had sex three more times that night and more over the next few days. Harry learned a lot about what Draco liked. He liked a certain amount of pain, liked it when Harry praised him and reveled in the tender parts after. Harry, on the other hand, was amazed how much he enjoyed making Draco squirm, moan and beg.

In the weeks that followed, they fucked several times a day. Harry learned more about the wants and desires of his boyfriend? partner? friends-with-benefits? Draco loved to be controlled. He loved being tied up and ordered around. He still gave sass, but would bend over any surface with a mere look from Harry. And Harry? Well, he loved every second of it. He couldn't imagine a life without Draco now.

They would laugh about what kind of crazy shenanigans they would've gotten into at Hogwarts if they had fucked instead of fought each other. Draco said that half their fights were just unresolved sexual tension. Ron and Hermione were aghast at the sudden change from awkward roommates to partners, but after some brief hesitation, wished them the best and that they would always owl before they came over.

However, after another month of nearly non-stop fucking, Draco had just finished blowing him on the couch. He was kneeling on the floor in front of him. His hands were tied behind his back, and his knees were spread open, reveling his hard cock. Harry liked making him wait, bound.

Draco frowned, suddenly, but fixed his eyes on Harry's crotch. "Harry?"

"What's up, honey?" he asked, earning an appreciative bob from Draco's prick.

"I-I..." he murmured, blushing.

Harry leaned forward and cupped his face gently, "Hey, what's wrong?"

"I love being here with you," he whispered, tears in his eyes. That was as close to a declaration of love as either of them was going to get at that point in their relationship.

"I love you being here, too," Harry murmured, brushing the hair out of Draco's eyes.

Draco almost purred from the attention, but got his focus back. "I can't stay here forever. I need..." he broke off. Harry could guess what he was trying to say. A life? Purpose? A break from constant fucking?

"...something to do. I can't hide here forever as your fuck partner."

Harry nodded. "I understand."

"I don't want to just be your bitch forever," he drawled.

Harry straightened up, worried. "Draco, if I haven't been... considerate. You don't have to... you don't have to be that-this all the time...."

"That's not... I don't mind this... just that... this is all I am right, now. I love how you take care of me... but I don't have anything outside of... you, and you're not here during the day. I read and clean the house every day. I want..." Draco broke off and lowered his head.

"What do you want to do? Get a job? Get your NEWTs? Umm... leave me?" Harry finished, sadly.

"No, I don't want to leave you, Harry. I just want something to do. What... do you do?"

Harry looked at him, surprised. "I'm an Auror, Draco. I thought you knew that."

"You don't wear the robes," he pointed out.

"I put them on at work. People kept asking me to help them out if I wander around with them on. So, I change there."

"Oh... and you still... took me in?" he asked, amazed, looking up into Harry's eyes.

Harry kissed him. "I testified for you, remember? I didn't even like that you got some time. We were kids, and you choose not to be evil. You choose not to kill... you choose not to identify me. You're a good person, Draco, in an impossible situation. And you survived. We survived."

Draco's eyes watered. "They... they hurt me." His breathing became erratic, and his eyes looked distant.

Harry was alarmed and cupped Draco's face, trying to bring Draco's attention back to him. "Draco?"

Draco looked at him momentarily and pulled out of his hands, but he refused to leave his position on the floor. "Don't," he whispered.

Harry understood and left it alone.

"I'd like a job... something outside of this house, please," he asked, looking up at him.

"Are you asking my permission?" Harry asked, a little astonished.

Draco lowered his head. "Your permission... and really your help. I had no luck on my own trying to find a job. Three months of begging for a chance... when you found me. No one wants to hire a former Death Eater with no NEWTs, who just got out of prison."

Harry let out a sigh and petted Draco. "Thank you for asking for help, but I want you to know that you never need to ask my permission."

"Yes, I do," Draco said, bowing his head. "I'll do anything for you. I don't want to make you... upset."

"I would never be upset if you wanted to better yourself... or even leave. I'd be sad, but I'd respect you if you wanted to move on, okay?"

Draco nodded. "I know, but the only reason I'm alive and safe is because of you."

Harry kissed his head. "Doesn't mean that you're trapped or... that you have to be subservient to me. I swore to you that when you came here."

Draco's shoulders relaxed, but he blushed. "I like... this. I like being here... like this."

"Play is one thing. This is not who you are. Merlin, Draco... you make me feel so hot and happy when you argue with me... and sass me. I love when you're proud and tall. Strutting around my house in that towel before you accosted me in the shower."

Draco's eyes watered, and he smiled, remembering the buildup. Harry knew that he just didn't feel safe enough to challenge him. He needed a job, a way to support himself. He wasn't sure what to do until an idea popped into his head.

"I have an idea... but I have to talk to someone. But let's take care of you first," Harry said.

"No... please go. I'd like to stay here waiting for you, mas-... sir."

Harry swallowed hard and brought Draco's head up to look at him. "I don't like you calling me that. Sir is pushing it... outside of a scene."

Draco's eyes watered. "Sorry. I'm trying not to. They... the others... hurt me if I didn't..." Draco admitted. "Yaxley especially...."

Harry hugged him. "I will never hurt you like they did. Well... really hurt you."

"I know, Harry," Draco said, curling up into his chest. "I trust you more than I ever trusted anyone."

Harry's heart swelled. "Thank you for that trust. I will always take care of you. I promise, Draco. Let me go talk to... someone, okay?"

Draco nodded and sat back into his submissive pose, ready to wait until he came home. Harry left and Apparated to Weasleys' Wizarding Wheezes. George thought he was crazy, and Harry had to plead with him for over an hour to give Draco a shot.

"I can't employ a Death Eater here!"

"Why? You need a potions expert and a bookman, and Draco's great at potions and Arithmancy. You never cared about public opinion."

"Fuckin' hell, Harry. Fred was killed by those bastards!"

"I'm sorry, George, but Draco...he didn't do that. He didn't want that. Those bastards tortured him and abused him... sexually, George," Harry said, hoping he wasn't breaking Draco's privacy too much. "He's scared and traumatized. Please give him a chance."

George grumbled under his breath, but Harry could see that his words hit him. "People would kick up a fuss!"

"More publicity."

"Yeah... but they'll try him, and Malfoy's a git who could never hold his bloody temper, Harry. I can't have a hothead in my shop."

"We can get him to play nice. He needs a job."

"No... why should I?"

"Because he asked me of all people for help and would do anything for it."

"Anything? Why don't you ask him to blow you, then?" George joked, and Harry went red. "I was only joking."

When Harry couldn't meet his eyes, George figured it out. "Holy fuck on a Harpie... you guys are fucking?"

"Well... technically, I'm fucking him."

George burst out laughing. "Me and Fred always bet that Malfoy was hung up on you and needed a good fuck. So, you're asking me a favor for your boyfriend, then?"

"I... yeah, I am."

"That's different... but Harry... Malfoy's always been a bit nasty to people. When I kicked him out months ago, he left here swearing and picking fights with everyone. This is a customer service job, Harry. It's not just about hiding in the back and making potions. He'll need to run the register, too. He can't go off the rails on customers or worse, hex them in my store. I'd get sued too, if they got hurt. This is my business, and how's he going to handle people taunting him?"

"I don't know, honestly. I was hoping you'd stop most of the abuse. You can kick people out."

"I will and can, but I'm not going to be next to him all day. Plus, the git is still on parole! He'll go back to prison. What will he do if he's called out?"

"I don't know, but we'll talk. You can Summon me instantly to smooth the situation. I'll give him rules."

"Rules?" George scoffed. "You think he'll obey rules?"

"He'll obey me," Harry growled.

George's eyes widened and he smirked, "Well then... it's like that, eh?"

Harry frowned. "You're not going to mess with him about it, are you?"

"Not in public, anyway. Don't worry, if he's yours... I won't humiliate him like that."

"I think he can live with that. So, will you give him a chance?"

George nodded. "He's on probation. You've got to get him to behave. I won't fire him for what other people do to him or to my shop, but if he does shit to them needs to be consequences. I mean sass is okay. Swearing, slurs and hexes are not."

Harry smirked. "I have an idea of how to handle that. A Probation Agreement that he'll sign, agreeing to the rules and set punishments for misbehaving."

"Punishments?" George drawled. "My my... Harry's all grown up. I had no idea you were so... naughty in the bedroom. Little sis never gave any hint of your deviancy."

"I never... not with her... or anyone else. Malfoy's just...."

"Different. Yeah... you and Malfoy talk. Write it up."

"Give him a few chances, though," Harry asked. "If he mouths off, or worse, just let me know. I'll make sure he's punished for it."

George chuckled and agreed to whatever Harry drew up, but also suggested that Malfoy couldn't read it after he signed. It wasn't going to be magically binding anyway, and George said that Harry probably didn't want to argue semantics with the Slytherin prick. George insisted that either party could terminate the Agreement at any time, and that Draco's employment would not be terminated if Malfoy wanted to cancel the probation. George did not want any legal difficulties from this.

Harry went home, and Draco was in the same spot and hadn't moved. He praised him and wanked him slowly for being a good boy. After he came, Harry cleaned him up and pulled him into his arms. He told him about George and the job. About their concerns and an offer of a Probation Agreement.

Draco nodded and said he wasn't sure if he would even be able to talk to people who were harassing him. He was worried about going to prison. He wanted the rules to help him learn to be "not a douche". Harry wrote the rules up over a few days, even going to a muggle S&M shop for some guidance on limitations and boundaries.

Everything was prescribed in a document. Punishments, acknowledgement of violations, safe words, and how it could be canceled. Harry had never been so hard in his life then was he was writing it out. He brought it home, presented it to Draco, and explained some of it to him: what he could and couldn't do, like being cruel to co-workers or customers, calling people names like mudblood or blood traitor, and worse, using his wand on someone.

Harry explained the increasing scale of punishments if there were multiple instances. Implements, verbal consent to punishment, and safe words were also established. Expectations were important in S&M. This was about "correcting" Malfoy's behavior... if he behaved, then no punishment would be inflicted. Draco signed without reading it or waiting for Harry to finish his presentation. Harry smirked and hugged Draco. He would get him through this.

He always stressed that Malfoy could refuse punishment, but he was not allowed to return to work until he consented to it. He could also break the non-binding Probation Agreement at any time. He also said that infractions would drop off his "record" after three months. Harry didn't want to go off the rails in punishments. Flipping Draco on his stomach and whacking him should embarrass him enough to not do it, again.

The first few months were painful for Draco. Usually, George would owl Harry at work about what happened or was said. Harry would make Draco walk through what he did and say that it was wrong, accept punishment, which, after the second incident, was spankings. It was working after the fifth time, where Draco had difficulty sitting for a few days, that his retaliations decreased. People had started to accept his presence, and George was making an effort to keep the worst ones out of the store. He protected his employees.

However, apparently, Ron had caught on to Malfoy's Probation Agreement and came in and really got under Draco's skin. They had an all-out shouting match in the back room, with George watching, where Draco called Ron a blood traitor, who married a mudblood, and after more shouting, hexed Ron first. George bound him at that point and let Draco seethe, while he called Harry on the floo.

Harry was pissed that Malfoy had broken the rules so badly, especially a pain-inducing hex that wasn't legal. George was angry but told Harry that he wasn't going to use his right of immediate dismissal as only Ron and George had been a witness to it. Ron was smirking.

"Malfoy's gonna get it, now," Ron said, sitting backward in a chair, ready to watch the show. George was curiously watching, too.

Harry eyed them but didn't say anything or take Draco home. He released the bindings. Draco stood awkwardly, but he was clearly regretful of his conduct. Harry took a deep breath and reminded himself that Draco had technically violated not only his Probation Agreement but his parole. He didn't have the whole 온라인카지노게임, yet, but he had his suspicions as to what happened... and it probably wasn't all on Draco.

"Kneel," Harry ordered.

Draco did, blushing with embarrassment. Examples needed to be made... across the board. Harry made him admit to what had happened and Draco apologized to all of them. Then Harry passed judgment in front of Ron and George.

"This is your sixth time breaking the rules in the last three months. My punishments aren't obviously sinking in. You broke three rules today, and you used your wand on someone else. I told you how dangerous it is for you to do that. Anyone can report you to the Aurors! Not to mention, I'm a bloody Auror! Ron works at the Ministry!"

Draco hung his head. He had heard this before, but Harry's warnings had been ignored.

"Draco, you could go back to Azkaban! You are still on parole! Is that what you want?" Harry asked, trying to get through to him.

"No... I don't, but Weasley wouldn't press...."

"Stop talking, now!" Harry ordered, and Draco winced from his tone. "Don't you dare use my friendship with Ron to justify what you did!"

Draco was completely red, uncomfortable and wouldn't look up. Harry was purposely doing this in front of Ron and George, in the shop, which was now closed. Punishment was always progressively applied.

"You called Ron and his fiancée slurs and hexed him. Those all require corporal punishment per your Probation Agreement. Five strokes each... so fifteen."

Draco trembled as it was the most he had gotten.

Harry wasn't done, yet. "However... this was the sixth offense, and as I warned you last time, that punishments double after five incidents, so that means thirty strokes."

Draco paled and was shaking more. He looked up at him, eyes wide.

"After your fourth incident, implements are required as well. Based on the severity and the fact that this incident had three violations in a rapid order, I, as the designated Auror in charge of this probation, decree that a paddle will be used," Harry declared.

Draco gaped up at him, barely breathing. George and Ron were shocked, too. Healing for corporal punishment was also not allowed. Draco wouldn't be able to sit for weeks. His skin would be bloody and broken open after thirty hits.

"Harry... please... I'm sorry..." he begged, scared. This was not the game they usually played. This was punishment, and Harry wanted to make sure that Draco remembered it.

George cleared his throat. "Umm... Harry...."

Harry glared at him, and George went silent. This punishment was not for Draco alone. "Do you deny that you need punishment?"

Draco shook his head, tears in his eyes. Harry breathed hard. He had promised Draco that he would never really hurt him. He had to do this right.

"You may opt to pause punishment while you recover, but you may not go to work until you finish it, understood?"

"Yes, Sir," Draco whispered.

Ron chuckled, and Harry turned on him. "You better keep your sass in check, too, Ron. I'm not done with you, yet," Harry growled. This wasn't just Draco's fault.

Ron's face went lax as he realized that he was in trouble, too.

Harry looked back down at Draco. "Draco... do you accept this punishment?"

Draco whimpered and nodded.

"Words," Harry spat, not letting him get off that easily.

"I-I accept thirty strokes... with a p-paddle, Sir," he stuttered.

"What is this punishment for?" he asked, sternly.

"F-For calling W-Weasley and G-G-Granger names and hexing him."

"Do you deserve this?" he snapped.

"Yes," Draco cried, tears falling.

Harry had never changed his mind when it came to punishment. Last time, Draco was really hurting after ten with a switch. But he also needed to punish Ron, too, for this mess. Now, to hook him.

"I'm also utilizing the redress of others clause in your Probation Agreement. You insulted and cursed Ron, and he needs to be compensated. He's going to watch me punish you."

Draco, red-faced, looked at him. "But Harry... please...."

"No, Malfoy."

"Mate, I don't want to see Malfoy's pasty butt," Ron started, his hands up in protest.

Harry turned on him to really let him have it. "I don't give a flying fuck what you want, Ron! You fucking started this. You walked in and picked a fight with Draco! You wanted me to do this, now you're going to get what you wanted. Actually... even better idea. You wanted this... so... you're going to deal it."

Draco, George and Ron all looked at him. Harry glared and looked at Draco. He needed to give him an out for this mess Ron put him in.

"Draco... since we never discussed this... I'll give you a choice. Take the thirty strokes or let Ron hit you, and I'll decrease your sentence to five strokes."

Ron stood up and backed away. "Mate, I don't want to...."

Harry raised his voice, anger showing, "Ron, you came in here just to get Draco in trouble and get him punished! Well, here's your chance to hurt him! Put all your force into it! Make Draco cry... make him bleed, if you want! You wanted to hurt him, here's your fucking chance!"

Ron looked sick.

Harry took a deep breath and regulated his tone as he turned back to Draco. "But it's Draco's choice, Ron. So, what's your answer, Draco?"

Draco was still crying. Harry knew his pride would be bruised from this. He could take the pain, but Harry doubted it. Thirty was excessive, and Draco knew that he couldn't handle that. Harry hated forcing this, but he had to stop this war between Ron and Draco.

"Five or thirty, Draco?"

Draco looked up from the floor in torment. Harry's heart melted a little. He knelt down to his level and stroked his cheek in sympathy.

"Come on, Draco. You did this. You broke the rules five times before this and kept pushing me and George. This wouldn't have been so bad if you hadn't been a little shit these last few months. I want you to stop lashing out, stop the cruel remarks and don't hex people when they push you. I want you to remember this pain and humiliation every time you think about striking back."

Draco's shoulders sank, and he accepted his fate. "I...."

"Or... you can always break the Probation Agreement, Draco. That's always an option. We can find you another job that doesn't have so much... bad blood... this arrangement. Or you could just come home with me. You don't have to work if you don't want to. You could finish your NEWT certification... maybe get another job."

Draco shook his head.

"Words, Draco. Tell me what you want. I'm not going to assume."

"I... five, Auror Potter," he whispered.

Harry usually pressed him to make eye contact, but this was traumatic enough. "If you're sure...."

"I am. I'll take five... from Weasley," he said to the floor.

"Very well," he said and stood up. He conjured a V-shaped spanking bench for Draco to bend over onto. Draco blushed immediately, and Harry ordered him to strip.

Ron was even redder and spluttered, "He doesn't need to strip!"

"It's in his Probation Agreement," Harry replied. Draco was required to be naked for all punishments.

"What? Why?" Ron said, aghast.

Harry left him to draw his own conclusions as to why. Draco got up and carefully took off his clothes, keeping his ass to them and not meeting their eyes. Harry watched him proudly. Ron and George were trying not to.

"Get into position," he ordered. Draco knelt on the knee pads and bent over the cushion. His elbows found their position on the other side. Harry knelt beside him, asked him what his safe word was, and then checked him.

"Green?"

"Green," Draco whispered, utterly humiliated.

Harry met his eyes, needing to make sure that Draco was okay with this. Draco was red, but he nodded, taking a deep breath. Draco was determined to keep his freedom... his job... his independence. It might not seem that he was, but he was choosing himself, not his pride. Harry was proud of him. He conjured a stiff paddle and handed it to Ron.

Ron threw up his hands, again, in refusal. "Harry, this is...."

Harry jerked his head up to level with him. He started off low, threatening and was shouting when he finished. "Why are you arguing this? You knew he would get punished if he broke the rules. You came in and goaded him. You did this! And I'm not going to hurt him for your bad attitude. Here are the flesh-and-blood consequences. Hit him... hard. Hurt him... like you want. Make him pay for what happened years ago. This is your chance!"

Ron spluttered. "Mate, I can't... it's not right...."

"You damn right it's not right," Harry seethed. "It's not right for Draco. So, you'll do it or I'll call Hermione. But this rivalry between you and my lover ends right fucking here. Hit him, like you wanted, or there will be worse consequences for you."

Ron took the paddle and looked to George, who looked ready to run. Harry glared at him.

"Oh, no. You stay, George, too. You can watch, just like you watched Ron taunt and attack Draco. Not to mention how Ron found out about this arrangement," Harry snarled, and George, also red, nodded in agreement, accepting his judgment.

Ron finally took position, still hoping that Harry would stop it, but no, he was going to be punished, too. Harry nodded for him to go. Ron was shaking when he swung. Draco yelped in pain, and he counted them out, like Harry demanded. Harry goaded Ron to hit him harder, but Ron didn't seem capable of intentionally inflicting pain. Even with light whacks, there was still bruising. When Ron was done, he ran to the rubbish bin and threw up.

Draco was nearly sobbing from the pain. Harry would have to take care of him tonight. Harry knelt by his side, not having enjoyed this, and whispered, "Green?"

Draco whimpered, but murmured, "Green."

"Good boy. You did so well. I'm so proud of you," Harry whispered, earning a whine from Draco. He certainly loved getting praised. But he said louder, "Get up when you can, okay?"

It took a few minutes, but Draco got up, limping from the pain, and magicked his clothes back on. When he was done and faced him, Harry asked him to repeat what his punishment had been for, and that he was wrong to do it. Then he called Ron over, who couldn't look at Draco, while Draco looked at the floor, humbled.

"I hope the lesson was well taken today," he huffed, and they both nodded. "It's been years since school, Ron. Get over it. Draco, you need to let things go or fucking walk away. If anyone attacks you physically first, then you can hex them back. But George, I'm sure, will help you and take over any interaction, alright?"

"I will..." George murmured.

Harry ignored him. "Draco, I don't mean you have to just stand there and take it. Leave, walk away, come home, ask for help! I don't want you to be hurt by some asshole."

"I wasn't trying to hurt him..." Ron muttered.

Harry turned on him and Ron cowered. "Really, Ron? You knew about the Agreement and thought it'd be funny for me to spank Draco for you?" Harry snarled.

Ron blushed. "N-No...."

"Yeah, sure. How's it feel to hurt someone directly, Ron? I don't like it when it's done like this... in anger. And you don't think words hurt? I consider calling Draco a Death Eater to be the same as him calling you a blood traitor! I won't let him call you slurs, and you shouldn't call him ones."

"But he is...."

"Say it and I'll punch you, Ron. Draco was never one. That scar on his arm was put there against his will, asshole. And what else did you say to Draco? George... please tell me what did Ron say that made Draco snap?" Harry said, knowing it had to have been bad.

George sighed. "Ron came in and said something like 'hey, Death Eater, I mean dick eater. What's it today? Kill Harry or suck his cock?'"

Ron blushed. "I mean, it sounds bad, now."

"Oh? It was funny then?" Harry snarled. "Bringing up Draco's past? or bashing him for being gay? Cause maybe you haven't noticed, I'm gay. Is that how you really feel?"

Ron looked sick, again, and dropped his head. "No, I don't! I'm sorry. I'm really sorry, Malfoy. I won't... I won't be a jerk to you anymore. I promise. I'm sorry that I... caused this."

Draco just nodded, too embarrassed to say anything else.

"Ron... George... what Draco and I do in private is not something that needs to be discussed with anyone else. Perhaps I didn't set that boundary clear enough, George, but I am now. Did you tell anyone else?" Harry growled.

George shook his head. "Well... Hermione...."

"I think I can trust her more than you two right now," Harry said, and George and Ron lowered their heads, chastised. Draco gave him an appreciative smile.

George's voice was quiet. "I'm sorry, guys. Draco... I didn't mean to make light of it... nor did I think Ron would... I'm sorry."

Draco just nodded, again. His pride was still wounded, after all.

George came closer to Draco, who briefly raised his head to look at him. "No, Draco. I'm more than sorry. I told you that I'd have your back... and I didn't. I let Ron push you, and you held out for a while. My brothers and I always fuck with each other. I... umm... kinda forgot that you're...umm... on probation. I won't let anyone hurt you, again, alright?"

Draco just lowered his head, uncertainly. It was hard to trust things, and George was his boss. "Thank you, Sir."

"It's George. Merlin... I think you guys ruined spanking for me."

Draco gave him an astonished, hopeful look.

George smiled back. "Look, you're doing a really great job, Malfoy. Not just with customers, but you're my very valuable, expert potion maker. I think it's well past giving you a serious raise. Please take as many paid personal days as you want for this, free of charge. And when we aren't in public... I don't mind that you talking shit or telling me off, okay? I want us to be friends."

Draco's shoulders dropped a little, and tears were in his eyes for a different reason. "I... thank you. I... ap-appreciate you... g-giving me a chance. A job. You, Blaise and Harry... are really my only f-friends."

George grimaced and then hugged him. "Friends."

After George let go, Ron tried to apologize, but Harry wasn't going to let that happen. He just took Draco home and lowered him onto the couch. He magicked both their clothes off and delicately rubbed Draco's muscles with the good muscle rub. Slightly delayed aftercare, but it was important.

"I'm so sorry, Draco. That was a lot and forced. I'm sorry."

Draco was quiet as Harry tended him, but said, "I'm okay. I would have rather had you do it, but I understand why you had him do it."

"I would have rather ripped Ron a new one than you," Harry growled, still mad at his friend.

Draco smirked but met his eyes. "You weren't really going to hit me thirty times, were you?"

"I would never hit you thirty times. You looked really scared. I'm sorry for making you think that. And for punishing you when Ron pushed you into it. I'm so sorry," Harry said, kneeling beside him and lowering his head in contrition.

"I was scared, and I wanted to trust that you wouldn't... hurt me," Draco whispered, touching his cheek.

Harry brushed his hair out of his face and kissed him. "I love you, Draco. I don't like seeing you in pain, but you took it so well. I think you deserve a big reward for being such a good boy tonight."

Goosebumps trickled over Draco's skin, and his prick bobbed immediately. His eyes were trained on Harry. Harry went slow that night... pampered him. Blew him. Rode him, slow. Worshiped his cock to make up for his mistake in letting George know their business and not asking George for discretion. That Ron attacked him, and Harry punished him for it. He made Draco come many times that night to make up for it.

Harry had told him that he would treat all three infractions as one incident and, after a month, be removed from his "record" if Draco was good. Harry really wanted him to get on with his life and behave. He didn't owe any person an explanation, and that included Ron, George and any of his other friends.

However, the next day, Ron brought in a fancy coffee for Draco and formally apologized. He said that he was sorry and, if Draco would never bring up what happened, he'd be much appreciated. Draco agreed, and surprisingly, they started talking like actual friends, even playing chess at family gatherings.

Draco didn't really have any more incidents over the past year that warranted harsh punishments. No, Draco would intentionally act up, to play games with Harry... and mess with George to a limited extent or tell off a really obnoxious customer. Draco really liked the games, the scenes, and Harry knew that, and that their "punishment" session was just the prelude for sex rather 'correcting' Draco. It was just a game for them... well, until now.

It appeared that they were in an abandoned office building, and Draco was looking up at him, both still angry and confused about the hidden clause in the Probation Agreement.

"Two years... and you never said anything?"

"I'm sorry. But Draco, I think you and George should talk. He obviously values you as an employee, or he would have fired you. I don't think you need a Probation Agreement anymore."

"Done training me, then?" Draco huffed.

"No... I helped you understand societal norms and reinforce manners."

"Sounds like training to me."

"Teaching. But honestly, Draco, you really got them down within the first few months. Even more after Ron's BS. You're great with customers and helping George. You can handle any jerk that comes into the shop if George doesn't toss them out on their ears. You haven't needed the Probation Agreement in a long time."

"You just used it on me!" Draco huffed, indignantly.

"Draco... we don't need that pretense anymore. I mean... I was going to "arrest" you at the first opportunity and bring you here. I think you should end the Agreement. If something comes up... I can punish you for any transgression you want me to. I don't think that George needs to be a part of this part of our lives anymore."

Draco scowled and looked at the two-way mirror. "A little late for that." He was blushing.

Harry looked up at it, too, and laughed. "Oh, don't lie... you loved it. Loved the idea that someone was watching you get railed."

Draco went redder and clenched his jaw, unwilling to admit it. He looked at Harry, annoyed and curious.

Harry kissed him. "He's not here, love. I wouldn't do that to you... again. I was just... making it a bit exciting for you."

Draco sighed, relieved. "I think you might be taking the scene a bit too far. Where the hell are we anyway?"

"Just an old abandoned building I found during a chase last week. I had just cleaned it up and put the wards up, when I got the message from George about what happened. Seemed like a good time to use it."

Draco looked up at him, astounded that he had taken the scene to such an extent to set up a fake Auror office. He stood up, naked and glorious. "You really do take care of me, Harry... sorry... Auror Potter."

He laughed and stood up, too. "Draco... we don't need a superficial contract to have a good time."

Draco grimaced. "I don't know. It was an easy way to... to tell you I needed attention."

"Oh... don't worry. I'll investigate any complaints about your behavior... even if they are posted to me... anonymously."

Draco smirked. "There are a lot of nosy bastards in Diagon Alley. You might get a lot of complaints... anonymously."

"And being the judicious person that I am... I'll do my best to punish any wrongdoing appropriately."

Draco's pupils dilated. "You are the Chosen One, after all. One expects you to be upright and defend the innocent citizens of Britain."

"And my partner," he whispered, kissing him. "But let's go see George first."

"Fine... only to apologize, though. He doesn't need to know that the Probation Agreement ended."

Harry looked at him. "You sure?"

"About apologizing? Yes. It was shitty of me, and it wasn't a call for your services on my part. I wanted to hurt him."

"Good to know, and it's on you to tell George that you're off probation."

Draco frowned. Harry could see that the situation still hadn't sat right with Draco, but they went to talk to George, who took Draco's apology with a hug. Draco decided to tell George that he was done with probation, unless George insisted on it. He did not, and also apologized for bringing up his mother. Then Harry took him home to finish his own apology.

I went back and forth about keeping this chapter, or parts of it, but ultimately decided to keep it. While the Ron part wasn't as fun or playful as the rest, it was integral. I think, for the next chapter.

If you misunderstood, the "Probation Agreement" wasn't a judgment from the Wizengamot. It was a just job probationary period for Draco working at WWW. Technically, Draco was on parole, but the normal kind with stipulations like don't do any more criminal acts, and it ended in the middle of Draco's Probation Agreement.
