"Where's Blaise?" he demanded.
"He just left, didn't say anything to me. Was he in there with you?" Harry asked, curiously, but worried at the same time.
"Yeah... let's go to dinner. Maybe Blaise went there?" Draco said, hopefully.
But he wasn't and neither was Neville. Draco was getting anxious and hurried to their dorm room. He wasn't there. He checked Neville and Ron's room, too, but to no avail. Draco's head drooped and he went back to his room, Harry silently following him. Eventually, they went to their Home Ec class and returned, but they hadn't seen Blaise. Draco just sat on the bed and faced Blaise's, silent for a long time. Harry fidgeted next to him, but was nervously waiting for him to respond. Theo and Daphne were waiting, too, sitting on his trunk and not talking.
They stayed that away until it was way past midnight, and he hadn't come back. Harry finally knelt in front of him. "Draco? Love? I don't think he's coming here tonight... you need to sleep."
"He's not sleeping," Draco responded. He felt that in his heart. Blaise was awake, struggling... trying to come to terms with it. Draco knew it was one thing to remember thoughts and memories, but bringing them to voice... had a profound effect, especially with Denkar there.
Harry took his hand. "Neville has him, Draco. He's not alone. You can't help him. Please lay down and try to sleep."
"He did it to help me," he said, like he was confessing a mortal sin.
Harry nodded, understandingly, though he had no idea what happened. "Yes... I'm sure he did. Blaise loves you and would do anything to help you."
"Did you know?" he asked, looking up.
"No... Draco, I swear. I wouldn't let you walk into that blind," Harry promised. "Please... lay down."
"But he's hurting. We protect each other, it's what we do."
Harry swallowed. "Neville is there. Neville will take care of him. We'll have to wait until tomorrow," he said, softly, placing a kiss on his hand.
Draco didn't know if he could sleep, knowing Blaise was so troubled. Tears came down, and Harry brought his hand up to wipe them away. It was shaking. Now, he was making Harry worried, too.
"I can get my map out, Draco. I can track him down for you," Harry offered, desperately.
"Will you?" he said, relief evident in his voice.
"Draco," Theo said, clearly and looking at him, in a chiding way.
Draco looked over at him and then at Daphne, who looked away, unwilling to get in the middle. Theo was telling him no. Draco started, "He's upset. I ne-"
"He doesn't want you to find him, Draco. He'll talk to you when he's ready," Theo stated, his voice resolute. He was ready to try to physically stop him if necessary.
It was going against Draco's broken psyche to challenge him, but he whispered, "But...."
Theo stood up, his voice was full of remorse, and said, "Listen to Potter. Neville knows what to do."
Draco hung his head and nodded. Theo was second and would back Blaise's decision. He looked at Harry for what to do, now. Harry gently removed Draco's robes and shirt, and then lifted off his own clothes. Harry pulled him into bed with their trousers still on. Theo and Daphne went to their own bed.
"Shh, it'll be alright. It'll be better in the morning," Harry said, comforting him.
Draco didn't believe him, but after an hour of agonizing and silent tears, he finally succumbed to sleep.
