Draco didn't think that he could speak, but rasped a 'No' out.

Killens roared with laughter. "I hope they give you a nice sweet kiss, bitch, or better... life in Azkaban. Bet the guards will sell your ass like candy to the other mutts."

Draco's stomach dropped, and he tried to stay in the moment. He hadn't considered that he would be going back to be physically tortured, again. He stared up at Killens in a plea for mercy. The Auror had none.

"What? I heard about your... special brands from the Dark Lord."

Killens's hand pulled down the neckline of Draco's undershirt. Draco didn't look down at it and tried to pull away.

Killens laughed again. "Would that we could brand every one of you pricks... right on your forehead, Death Eater. Everyone should know that you're a murdering coward."

Draco looked away, tears dripping from his eyes. Killens then forced his head forward onto the table and looked down the back of his shirt, too. Draco couldn't stop him from looking.

"Whore!" he laughed. "I can't believe it's true!" he stopped to bellow louder. "They sure got your number, didn't they, bitch!?"

Draco squirmed out of his hands and tried to get away, but there was nowhere to go. His eyes desperately looked into Weasley's brown ones, hoping to find help. Weasley only looked confused and uncertain.

"What's wrong, whore?" Killens whispered. "Don't you like to be touched?"

Those words triggered a lockdown in his mind, and he zoned out, protecting his mind from further damage. His body went lax, pliant and usable. He wasn't allowed to resist. His body relaxed despite how terrified he was. Hide... pretend....

"Yeah, Yaxley told me about that trick. The whore would squirm and put up some token resistance, but just say those words, and he's as willing as a drunk muggle college student."

Weasley's eyes widened in astonishment, but he didn't respond.

Draco wanted so hard to fight back, but obedience was broken into him.

"Betcha I could get him to blow me."

"Not in front of me, you're not," Weasley huffed, as though as was disgusted by the notion.

Draco still didn't respond. It didn't matter if it was five years ago. The Dark Lord and his Death Eaters broke him. As he was trying to overcome his mental paralysis, Killens pulled up a chair right in front of him. Draco had to look at him and see his excitement and happiness as Killens gleefully used the Veritaserum to rip his memories out of him as viciously as he could.

The Dark Lord, being marked, the assignment, his failures, the tower, his punishment, what the Dark Lord did, who fucked him, how they branded him, forced him to become pregnant and bore a son. When Killens asked about the Battle, he was not happy that Draco helped Potter. Killens brushed it aside to interrogate him about his son, what he did on the run and how he avoided detection.

But then Killens asked, "Where's your brat, now?"

Draco finally snapped out of it and tried to actively resist the Veritaserum. "Leave my son alone! He has nothing to do with this," Draco spat angrily, meeting his eyes for the first time. He had to try to protect his child.

Killens's eyes flashed dangerously, and he flung Draco's chair backward to the floor. Draco's head hit hard and he was dazed.

"What was that? Where is your son"?

The Veritaserum was too strong. "W-With Potter."

"What!? Why? Why the fuck does Potter have your son?" the Auror growled as his hand went to Draco's throat.

"I begged him to keep him safe. He's only a child!"

"He's Death Eater spawn! Who's his father?" Killens hissed, his nails digging into his throat.

"I am!" Draco hissed, not caring what the bastard did to him.

"You're just a bitch, Malfoy. Who's the other father?"

"I don't know," he muttered. Killens laughed and then continued grilling him about his crimes.

Luckily, Draco had the wherewithal not to confess that Potter let him hit him. He was glad that he hadn't broken any serious laws. Finally, Killens was done and hoisted his chair up off the floor. Draco glanced at Weasley, who looked horrified by all this. He had had no idea. Weasley wasn't expecting this, but he covered his expression with a mask when Killens turned to him.

"Did Potter have a kid when he came in?" Killens asked Weasley.

"He had something, but he was behind Malfoy... I didn't really look."

"Hiding the brat! That bastard! Take the coward back to his cell, Weasley. I need to tell Robards," he said and left.

Weasley let out a defeated sigh and released him from the chair.

"Sorry. I'm really sorry," Weasley rambled. "I just thought it'd be better to play along, alright? Holy Merlin, Malfoy... I didn't know. I swear I didn't know."

Draco lowered his head in shame. "I... I just want to make sure my son is safe... please. He's all I care about!" he pleaded, still under the Veritaserum. "I'd do anything for him."

"Calm down, Malfoy. Breathe. Harry won't let anything happen to the kid, okay? Jumping jarveys! What the hell is wrong with... everyone? Man... I'm going get the F out of the Aurors and go work for my brothers. I'll stick around to help you, don't worry. I'll make sure he won't try anything."

"It doesn't matter," Draco muttered, his mind shutting down again.

"Yes, it bloody well does!" Weasley growled. Draco shrugged.

"Resistance was futile."

Weasley didn't push it. He conjured bindings and took him back to a holding. He even Summoned a lunch bag and gave him his sandwich. "Here... eat. I'm... uh... sorry for hitting you."

Draco took it and nodded." Thanks."

Draco wouldn't meet his eyes, though. He knew his place in the world.
