ANNA AND Tessa were walking back to Tom's place. Anna had slept over at his rental house here in Los Angeles, since she stayed the night she decided to give Tessa her afternoon walk. Tom was currently at the convenience store picking up a few snacks.
They were almost home, when Anna stopped to give Tessa a bit of water. While giving her water, she noticed a young girl around the age of fifteen near Tom's house.
The young girl smiled at her, then looked down at Tessa, a huge grin plastered on her face, walking up to Anna. "I love your dog. She's so cute. Wait I apologize, I just randomly came up to you. It's just that, that dog looks almost identical to a dog, I know."
Anna was in awe of this girl and how her eyes sparkled when she looked at Tessa. "Thank you she isn't actually my dog—"
Anna never got to finish her sentence because another girl around Anna's age came up to the younger girl. This time she knew who it was—it was Eliana. Tom's close family friend. "Come on, Elysia, we have to wait over there, not over here." Eliana took a quick look at Anna, scanning her outfit with a slightly disgusted look on her face, before giving her sister the look.
"I'm going, hold on." Elysia said while rolling her eyes at Eliana. "Sorry, that was my sister she's just on edge she's being reunited with someone she's been waiting for."
Before Anna could even think of a response, a car pulled up at Tom's driveway, the car's engine shut down and the door on that driver's side opened. Eliana had a big smile plastered on her face as she walked closer to the parked car. "Him! That's him. The one my sister is hopelessly in love with." Elysia said.
She wasn't surprised when she saw him, her boyfriend. Tom. Tom Holland.
He got out of the car, closing the car door and pocketing his keys. Eliana caught him off guard, wrapping her arms around his neck in a tight hug. Happy to see his long-term friend he happily hugged her back.
His eyes locked with Anna's brown ones. A slight frown appeared on her face. Tom let go of Eliana immediately and walked toward Anna, Eliana following closely behind. Elysia waved at Tom, "Hi Tom," giving him a side hug. "Sorry, I wasn't directly there to greet you like my sister, I was talking because look! Her dog looks exactly like Tessa!"
