"Because my foot was not reaching till break due to my height. And he was asking me to stop the car. So I was searching for a break looking down." Her cute grumpy pout earned a chuckle from Sanskar.
"What? Stop laughing ok?" She hit his shoulder.
"Nothing. So now do you think you have a good height to pull the brakes of the car?" He pressed his lips with raised eyebrows.
"I don't know but you are going to teach me. And that's final." She crossed her arms like a little stubborn kid. His dominating wife was back.
"Ok. So you have to get up early, Mrs. Sanskar Maheshwari. In the morning, there will be less traffic." 
'Mrs. Sanskar Maheshwari' in his husky voice gave shudders down her spine.
From the next day, they started their routine to do Swara's driving lessons early in the morning. Half an hour of their togetherness early morning lightened their rest of the day. Swara was a fast learner, she learned to drive a car within just two weeks but still they kept their routine and none of them voiced their opposition. Early morning drive to the river side accompanied with piping hot Kulhadwali Tea became a way to start their day.
It was a weekend, after Swara and Sanskar's driving lesson, both joined family for breakfast. Everyone was already there waiting for them.
"Thank god Bhai you and Swara came. I was waiting for you two only. I have something to announce." Laksh said, happiness was radiating from his voice as well as face.
"What is Laksh? Tell us. We all are eager to know about it." Annapurna was beyond happy looking at her son's happiness.
"Ma, you remember my old college friend Ashish?" Laksh continued ignoring confused faces over the dining table.
"He started one construction company a few years back. And last time when we met he had offered me partnership in it. Earlier, I was not interested but... lately I thought, I should also establish something which is my own, same as Bhai. So I joined him last month. And we as partners got our first deal signed yesterday." Laksh spoke without taking a breath.
There was a pin drop silence over the dining hall which soon turned into loud gasps and smiles. Annapurna got up from her seat and pulled her son in a bear hug while congratulating him. She asked servants to make something sweet to celebrate.
Durga prasad and Ram also wished him along with other members of the family including Swara and Sanskar.
"Laksh have you checked everything properly? Have you asked our family lawyer to go through partnership deeds and all other legal formalities?" Durgaprasad knew his impulsive son. He was proud of his accomplishments but one part of his mind was filled with concern.
"Yes Papa, don't worry."
"Why don't you tell everyone about your first deal, Laksh?" Ragini asked, beaming with happiness. One part of her heart always used to feel jealous with her sister over her husband's accomplishments and success. With the recent breakage of news, she was content.
"Kalibadi Reconstruction." Laksh took a few moments before breaking the silence of the dining area.
All eyes were on the couple, eyes filled with confusion, perplexion. 
"Badi Reconstruction?" Swara muttered to herself audible only to her husband who was sitting beside her, she felt tears welled up in her eye lids. The place she grew up, where she spent her childhood, was soon going to get demolished.
"Laksh what does it mean?" Durgaprasad asked, scrunching his forehead.
"Papa, as we all know, Badi was constructed some 60-70 years ago. That structure is now very old. And as per the latest municipality act of reconstruction it is eligible for demolition. So, our company will demolish Badi and we will build two towers over there. Badi's residents will get a flat in the tower and we will sell off other remaining flats." Laksh provided additional information.
